Ya know @green18 I've had a person retract his remarks made about me when I reveal a personal matter. The kind of people will do what ever to make themselves feel better. I just blow it off to maybe they lack maturity. I myself have always found you ammusing even when I hung around you modern folks. My phsycology proffesor always said "laif, when tha joke is funny ya gotta laif". You my friend make me laugh. Post were ever you're welcome here
your're ok, i just want ya to take the bag off so's i can see what you really lQQk like.. (JK,of course)
I sure hope we are still good. I would be sad and always wonder where green18 went with all his witty funny responses and remarks! You put a smile on my face bro. All the time. Don't wantcha to leave. Ima have to find out who drove you out and give him a hard time if you decided to never come back. Just be you man. Don't let anyone steal your shine.
I appreciate your presence here in the ancients forum @green18 . You seem to always be positive and lighthearted, which I do think are contributions to the atmosphere here. And you also seem to be the only strictly modern collector/numismatist on CT who appreciates ancient coins and collecting them; your frequent participation in this ancients forum tells me this. And even if you don't post coins here at least you don't spam stuff or make controversial posts. If my thoughts about Green offends anyone here, call me out. I enjoy a good challenge.
I'm glad that you post on here @green18. I think you are funny and I appreciate it when people take an interest in my interests (ancients) even if they don't participate in them them the same way I do. @Alegandron is one of the collectors I look up to most on here and is genuinely one of the nicest people I know. I am glad this has all been positively resolved. Coin on friends! PS: I hope everything turns out okay with you and your family, Brian. That goes for all my friends on here in harms way. Thoughts and prayers with you guys!
Im not gonna cast a vote in your poll. I dont like any of the options. Here's my option: someone who posted over 39,000 times can post where they like and when they like. I think you're funny @green18
Why would you think that you’re not welcome here? Lurkers often become full fledged ancient coin collectors. You may take the plunge some day and become one of us.
TIF—you've been an inspiration to me the entire time that I've been a member of this forum—now more than ever. Every time I post one of my posters, I alway check to see if you've seen it. All I can say is—this too shall pass.
The story of my life, I take you home, we drive all night, I keep you warm insiiiidddeee, THE STORY OF MY LIIIIFFFEEE.
Wait....what? I stumbled on your comment while wading through this 'post' What info are you looking for? Do you have refuge down there? Are you safe? Are you looking to get out? If so, temporarily or permanently? What do you need? PM me.
Why limit this to the ancients forum? Knock that crayon out of his greasy hand. One question. Who is Green 18?
Au contraire, there are at least two regulars in the ancient coins segment who seem to be lacking in the social graces, but, perhaps, unaware that they are. @green18 posts are something I look forward to, personally.
Green 18, I will expand on my previous late night brief comment. I always look forward to your comments and think of your participation as something that makes this particular forum interesting, lively and human. If this forum were to be comprised of strictly dry academic discourse, arguments or left no room for some of the wacky conversations that emerge I would start to loose interest quickly...
