Indeed it is! Nice grade and nice early die state, too.

 

It's actually a fairly strong Class I doubled die and very easy to see if you know what to look for tho it's not overly rare. I just sold an MS64 for $225.

 

Sure looks like the DDR to me, too. And I was at the optometrist just a few weeks ago.
