What is the cost under economy?
    And how long? 30 days?

Yes---go back and read on of my first posts.....
When you are ready to fill out the paper work go ONLINE to the NGC site and fill out the forms ONLINE and then print them out. No only will the total then be right and all of the forms will be right but I think they give you something like 15% off your total.

Present slab - that's what crossover means. It's currently certified but owner wants to cross over to NGC (possibly at a higher grade).

If you remove it, it's raw and no longer certified. Rumor is that is MUCH more likely to get a higher grade, but it really comes down to the merits of the coin itself.

I personally have not submitted economy to NGC, but in other tiers I have found them to be MUCH faster than PCGS. I have gotten good customer support from both companies.

I saw your posts, I just couldn't find it on the site. Could you post a link?

You won't find it on the site--they don't want everyone to know about it and going online and saving money. But I'm 99% sure that if you fill out the forms online you will save that %.

OK...this really helps me out, thanks. I really hated to remove the coin from the slab myself and send it in as a raw coin but it does make more sense to leave it in the slab.

If it's not on the site, how can you fill it out online?

Darn it, know I have two invoices with two coins in each (need 6 more) and not enough money to buy the other coins and get them slabbed. grrr

What will happen if I put errors and nonerror together?

Well since the charge to grade errors is more than the other coins they will go ahead and grade the coins but they keep them down there in FL till you pay up. One of the first times I sent coins to NGC I did all of the paper work myself....about 3 days later I was putting some of that stuff away back in a box and saw that I had forgotten to put in the insurance cost into my box! That meant that I still owed them about $7. I called them and got in contact with the billing dept and they said that they would hold the coins till payment got to them. I mailed it fast so there was no real hold up on their end though....

It costs more to grade errors? I thought it was the same.

The cost to grade errors is the same as regular coins.

While they would prefer you include errors on their own invoice, you can mix them on a regular invoice. The coins can take longer to grade, but not usually by more than 1-2 days.
