Just got back from the antique shop, here is what i found.

    1922-D cent- 5.00
1909 VDB cent- 5.00 (some spots on it but no sign of circulation)
    1858 flying eagle- 5.00

the 1922-D looks like it could be a weak D. At the shop i saw no D at all. In the right light though you can see a D. What do you folks think?

you did really good!:kewl: i would say that is a weak d, or it is just worn away.

look for a die crack running from the L in pluribus to the O in one and through the center of the O in one, it is one of the diagnostics of dies pairs 1 and 3, even then a 22 weak D is a $35 coin in gd

Great finds, I suspect the VDB will rise in value at the 200th anniversary of lincoln

This one has the die cracks you are talking about but does'nt look like a weak D.
