That doesn't look like a close-up. It looks like you just cut it out of the original photo. Never mind! Look at the bottom of the second "8" and tell me if there is a doubled dash.

I don't think it'd do 65 today, nor does it with me, but it might be 65 in that slab.

Based on the picture, I agree with you @green18 that this would be in an MS 66 holder. At least it looks that way based on the lack of any major hits (unless I'm not seeing the wear, in which case it would be an AU 58).
