...from change and CRH over the years last week, and I realized I have the majority of the Elizabethan years completed That pesky 1997 has somehow eluded me . And yes you may have noticed the folder is in French. No I don't speak the language but for reasons unknown the French version was $2 online when I bought it whereas the English version would have run me $20. $18 will buy me a Rosetta Stone right? If you have any George V or VI cents you're looking to part with, shoot me a message, maybe we can arrange something. Cheers!
One of my favorite CRH finds (which I only did briefly) is a 1932 Canadian. I have a few George the 6 collected over the years but this is the only George 5 that I have. 32, 38,39,45,47 (and 47 PML no extra value) 50,51,52.
Sweet. Yeah I did CRH for about half a year, once the hole fillers became so hard to find I figured thatd do for the time being. I found some cool US coins while searching but the Canadian centennial cent and dime were 2 of my favorite finds, though not rare the novelty factor is pretty cool, especially being that the dime contains silver. I figured this would be a cool set to kick start as well, it's already about 2/3 complete and I like that it encompasses the whole Canadian Small cent series, whereas most coin folders are oddly segmented by date.
If I wasn't such a nationalist (just kidding) I would do something like that as well. I've had a ton of foreign coins over the last few years, especially Canadian, that I could fill some books. However, limiting myself to US coins or foreign silver because there are just too many paths one could travel. You got a nice set going there, though.
