Multi Collectors

Who here are the multi collectors, who collect moderns AND ancients a lot of people say it's one or the other, but alot of people collect both to, so I made this for people who collect both *its still a work in progress* I made this from 20 apps I downloaded from Google play and I've never done anything like it so bear with me here, if you have any suggestions please post them here (also this doesn't fit as a profile pic yet as it says the file is overy 50 kb not sure how to fix that but I'll do my best and I'm still working on it! (@Deacon Ray and his Bottom Feeders club inspired me to do this). I'm really proud of it personally because I think the morgan and denariusis clever, all so I still have to trim the circle out of the white I just figured it'd look better on white for the forum post.

I collect military trade tokens and other forms of military money, but I specialize in Air Force issues because I'm Air Force.

Here are some examples:

And of course ancients!


It can be challenging pursuing both themes but they make me happy. I have given up on US collecting. The slabs and flipper mentality have drove me away; since neither is prevalent in ancients or exonumia I think I'm safe.

I laugh when I see $4 tokens in a $35 dollar case sit unsold.

 

Very nice jwt! And yes I understand why you strayed from modern US coins it is very tedious and confusing somtimes.

Great post, Jacob! I'm afraid that I only collect ancients. Thanks for the Bottom Feeder Club credit but the honor really needs to go to @Sallent who was the originator of the concept

 

You need to find modern and ancient coins with Janus.

 

I like it all. Modern, Ancient, tokens, currency notes, old documents, etc.
