So I've had a lot of skeptics but I'm about to sale this thing and it's never been authenticated. Wonder if I can get some insight before I make a fool of my self and send them a fake.

You owe it to yourself (and your potential customers) to get that authenticated before you sell it. I can't tell much, based on that one picture of one side.

If you can post more pictures of both sides and the edge it would help. You could also weigh it, that alone may answer the question. How did you come to own the coin? If you are going to sell it you will need to get it authenticated, that would be a five figure coin.

You would make significantly more for it if it were authenticated.
