2012 P Dime double die rim

    Searching though change I found this dime which has a double die rim over liberty. When it's just the partial rim is it worth anything?

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

    It was struck with a slightly misaligned die. It's very common and carries nop premium.

    There is no such thing as a Doubled Die Rim. It's a Misaligned Die Strike as mentioned before. It's known as a False Double Rim.

    And as I wrote... The correct terminology is Doubled Die and not Double Die.
