Here are a couple pieces I'd be interested in grade opinions on. The 1/2 crown has a couple carbon spots and I'm wondering how much that matters. They are not high value coins but I'm asking more for the purposes of education than anything.

Both look Choice AU to me. The rim on the Irish piece looks to have some irregularities- perhaps I'm seeing discoloration there as well?

I've seen plenty of the Indian coins before and that one looks good. It has some damage but no visible wear so I would think MS60. I have not seen enough of the Irish to really be able to give an opinion.

Thanks for the input. You nailed the description as 'some damage but no visible wear'.
Not to hijack my own thread but how about the grade on this 1/4 farthing:
I can't get enough of these Irish harp/animal coins!

Nice farthing. Can't tell if it's Choice AU or MS. Looks like a "super-slider".

I'd say AU58 minimum. Maybe MS63 BN on the better end.
