Vendor with a sense of humor?

I guess I'm in their second catagory of eBayers - "angry historians / hobby mavens who have strong firm opinions". This sort of thing makes me angry and I indeed have a 'firm' opinion about it!

I posted this guy on forum coins as a fake seller with a fake Macedonian octadrachm and I got no replies.
I have no clue why, everything they sell is fake with fake wear and their descriptions are complete gobbledygook. But I am an ebay dealer so I guess they assume I'm just complaining about a competitor.? I don't know but these coins can be bought in Athens for a couple euros.

This thread has prompted a thought. Is there a seller who sells real fakes? Okay, that sounds oxymoronic, but what I mean is someone who sell copies which marked as such and sold at a low price purely for educational purposes. I have never bought an ancient coin and right now I don't intend to expand into that area. But looking as a few low price copies might be an educational experience.

The kinds of reproduction coins that are sold in museum gift shops can be purchased at http://www.westair-reproductions.com/

Cast replicas can be purchased from the nephew of Peter Rosa, Charles Doyle, at http://coinreplicas.com/ . Rosa used to make nice copies in the 1960s. Doyle doesn't have his uncle's dies, which were purchased by Wayne Sayles and donated to the American Numismatic Society. His copies look like 2nd generation casts and are not as pleasing.
