1989 P NICKEL REVERSE

Take a look at the Reverse and you will see some protrusions in the upper part of
the coin, just above Monticello's Roof....The upper part of the upper left side
protrusion looks like a scratch...What do you guys think?

There are these odd red arrows... seriously, interesting and would like to see what people say. Perhaps @Fred Weinberg could elucidate.

Joe think I have another. It's a die clash of a obverse Jefferson bust but can't find much confirmation.
