NGC graded my '55 Double Die Lincoln : Not encapsulated-Not Genuine

That was OC Rare Coin and Bullion out of Costa Mesa CA that submitted the '55 DD and '72 DD for me. I had bought the MS68 SMS Kennedy from them and the Hologram on the slab was about gone. they offered to re-holder it at no cost. I mentioned thee '55 and '72 and they offered to send them in to. They said they get a reduced price for bulk submissions. So those two should be under their or the owner, Dennis Turrant's name.

I checked my records and the Athena/Owl I posted in a holder was purchased from MCM, already graded, in August of 2016.

 

first: use bleach;
2) select color;
3) use dye
4) wait for everyone to laugh
