I was at the laundromat the other day for my wife. I added cloths to a top load washing machine and noticed a dime laying in the machine. It turned out to be a 1953D Roosevelt. Not bad for doing chores.
two silver dimes, one merc one Roosevelt. Don't remember the dates. both were rejects from Coinstar. I stopped doing rolls last year.
Super bad luck with dimes as of late. I've done 3 boxes and found 1 silver total. My average used to be like 3-4 per box
I check all or as much as I can get to of Coin Star machines, they reject the silver dimes so keep looking.
I seem to be on a roll with finding silver dimes right now (pun intended). I usually pick up about 10-15 rolls of dimes per week from local banks (usually mixture of BWRs and CWRs). For the past month, I've found at least one silver dime each week.
I have found 2-3 silver dimes this year in and around the various coinstars. I have found zero in rolls... but to be fair I haven't searched a lot of dimes this year.
