I think it's someone who learned to grade before the inflation of grading by the TPGs. You should see the differences between TPGs and EACS. Wow!

If you're younger, you think those of us who have been around the block are too harsh.

Ah! well @Marshall I'm not younger for several years now, though I thank you for assuming I was.
...well, I guess that depends. I definitely learned to grade, many, many, years ago; back when knowing & becoming an expert in what you were collecting, was still popular! - most folks think I'm way too 'conservative' on my grades, I was quite surprised when I rejoined collecting after my dad passed away in 2011, that lower grade items were now considered 'higher' grade.
Woohoo! I can sell stuff now!

I'd agree with @Pickin and Grinin evaluation given how familiar I am with other coins that have been assessed by @Pickin and Grinin . ( ie - I agree with the assessment of someone who has the coin in hand that I've agreed with over the years)....

Yes, it may have gotten a slide in my opinion. And maybe a color bump., I think it saw a pocket or two.

that looks no doubt UNC to me, but again you have it in hand. If it's a 58 it's the most UNC looking 58 I've seen

Beautiful example. I've also found the 64s to be the sweet spot for both dates on price, and some are very nicely toned.
