My first woody

Going through a bag and came across my first woody. Although it's a very homely woody it is mine, and I'm proud. The reverse however has issues that I cannot find the proper term for.
Lamination/ peeling / crack ??? "D" all of the above.

You had it right at lamination, which is probably related to the improperly mixed alloy. Ugly, but still a cool error

 

Yup. The alloy was extremely improperly mixed in the area this planchet was popped from. And that caused delamination.
