GTG: 1916 Type 1 Buffalo Nickel

    Type 1, 1916??? Not my series, but I 'm pretty certain 1913 is T1 and T2. 1916 has a DDO, and a couple varieties, but Type 1 for a 1916 Buff??

    My bad. It it is a type 2. What do you all think it will grade at?

    It looks like parallel lines from somebody cleaning/polishing?

    Other than that, nice coin.

    AU 53; hard to tell about the luster and wear, but I'll stick with my guess. Will be looking forward to learning from those of you with far more experience than I have.

    In the AU range-maybe AU55.

    I would guess high end xf. Maybe au, but it looks like a good bit of rub on buffalos shoulder. Nice coin though!!!!
