I'll tag the man @dcarr so he can contact eBay and get it removed. The listing states in the title that it is a Daniel Carr item.
Thought I'd give an update on my 2oz Broken Sword progress. Its been sitting out for around 4-5 months now I think. Looking good! Really adds a layer of even more depth to it. Deciding whether I want it to go much longer and also if I want to flip it over or leave the obverse as is...
Also, I picked up a BS overstrike at Denver to use as a pocket piece. Going on 2 weeks and also looking good...
I'm not a big toner fan but that looks nice. I really like how the obverse has toned. Me I would leave it as is.
I like that "Pocket Peace". Note how it appears to have better central hair details (obverse). If there was one complaint about my "1917" over-strikes it was that the central hair detail seemed to be lacking a bit. I tell people that the full detail is there - it is just camouflaged by the matte-like surface texture. But they tend not to believe me. A little circulation and contact on the high points changes the surface texture and brings out the detail better.
ANACS has a new grading special for all of September. Just in time for the new D.C. Lincolns and other D.C. medals.
