Would anyone know what kind of error this is?

I found this in a coin roll hunt and I am having difficulty finding out what type of error this is. It is a 2015 P jefferson. I was wondering what the lines are? If anyone could help it is much appreciated. Thank you for allowing me into the community.

looks like environmental damage. a parking lot find ? wait for other opinions...

 

I was curious... it weighs a tad less than a normal nickel and is a bit thinner? Thank You for your consideration

 

Environmental damage with light etching of the surfaces which has caused the planchet striations to become more visible.

 

It's PMD - post-minting damage

 

It's know as a Non Mint Error

An error in judgment.

 

I have to think it looks like road rash, have to go along with the parking lot.

 

These might be roller marks, but the coin is in such bad condition that I can't rule out environmental staining.
