You should use a scale that weighs to the hundredth of a gram. (0.00)
A copper cent should weigh 3.11 grams.
A zinc cent should weigh 2.50 grams.
A rounded weight of both coins would show 3 grams.
Can't tell the difference from pictures.

0.1 ounce could be a weight of 1.4 to 4.3 grams - your scale (assuming it's properly calibrated) isn't accurate enough to differentiate between a 2.5 Zlincon and a copper coin.

I think only 1 of these has been discovered.
Anything is possible, but it is unlikely as 6.5 billion 1983-D were minted.
    Interesting only 775 million Phillies.
If you were to look at one 1983-D every second, and never sleep, it would take around 200 years to go through them.

I once went to a ATM put my card in, hit withdraw and it started spitting out money . I said ah, did it again, same thing happen .

Next day the bank called my house and told the wife, I'd best bring the money back ...

A scale that is acurate to a tenth of a gram will do just fine.

Best thing I ever found was a slot machine, that where you put your
" Players Card " at was paying about 100 times what it was suppose to . In a 12 hour period it would pay 250 dollars in bonus points for money . Did that for about a week, then they figured it out and welded a plate over the card slot .

The " Players Card " also gives food points .
Eat for a year for free, off of them ..

I got $60 from an ATM this year. I don't think someone "left it there". Must either be a computer glitch/ or a hacker, and it spit the money out.

I once walked up to an ATM after office hours and found $60 in the slot. It turned out that it belonged to the last user of the machine who had forgotten to take it out. She was thrilled that I had returned it to the bank the next day.

Yes that number seemed low. My site must be off. Checking now.
    Seems wrong: https://www.usacoinbook.com/coins/small-cents/lincoln-memorial-cent/
Checking my black book: OK I see they are missing the last 0 on the site,
775,235,500 (and the last 5 is off too, e mailing them)
    black book says 7,752,354,000.
Thanks. I knew that number looked wrong.
Don't seem to be able to contact them for a correction.
