    It is Post Mint Damage, that cent didn't come from the mint that way.

    Writing is backwards, which means two coins pressed together.

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

    There are countless ways that something could have happened to your coin, whether it was caused at the Mint or in circulation, but there is no way we can even speculate about what happened without seeing a good, clear, close-up photo of the area in question.

    Also, it would be better if you started your own thread rather than piggy-back on the thread of another person.

    What you are seeing is extensive Die wear, this is called Ghosting. Or, Indirect Die Transfer.
