I know you all probably get tired of this but... (2 of 2)

    So I'm going through some of my father's and grandfather's old coins (Grandfather worked at a bank all of his life).


    Posted are some pennies that I've found in my father's money jar. I know I'll get honesty here so would any of you all send these off to get graded?


    I know the 1969's are key dates for Double Die's but there don't appear to be any here.

    Hi, Brad!

    It probably would have been better if you had posted this thread in "US Coins" or even "Coin Chat", but it is what it is.

    We get a lot of newcomers asking if this coin or that coin should be submitted for grading. Just because there is a doubled die that came from a particular year/mintmark is no reason to think that grading would be necessary. It's a common mistake, so don't stop looking. It might help if you learned more about the grading process. Good luck!
