Am I missing something here? By the looks of this, I've dumped about $2-300 of profit into the coin counter! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270170296109
That's why I keep all the 1976 Kennedys I find. I guess I should start selling rolls of them on eBay.
Searched a bunch of halves today. Averaged about $10 in Centennial Halves per $100 I searched. I'll be a rich man in no time!
My local dealer will occasionally have a buyer for them. I sell him what I have for 55 cents then turn around and buy something from him usually.
That's it, $10. There have been times where I averaged more than 50% of the coins I searched, and I'm talking boxes.
LOL...Centennial halves....ROFLMFAO ....!!!! If that were only true ..1876 half dollars ...WOW that would really be a find.
I'd buy these ones first. http://cgi.ebay.com/Roll-of-First-D...ryZ41104QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
thats crazy. they made over 521 million of those things! people are buying those ike dollars for high prices too. if we all do this, we could be rich!
Wow.....I have found and spent tons of them. The mintage on them was really high if I remember correctly. I can't imagine anyone spending $2 each.
I sold some Kennedy halfs on ebay also and averaged a little over $4 for each. People just cant seem to get enough. Can you imagine the demand for the Kennedy dollar and First spose coin when they are issued?
