You should be proud of good feedback Jack. I too have but one lone negative from a buyer that did not understand how a dutch auction works. That aside i hope I did not come off sounding like I blame all power sellers. I know a few personally and have never had problems with them. Hell, I buy my bubble mailers from parrothead at times and his feedback is like a gazillion. There ARE many legit power sellers out there. Then you have the Abons that just continuously pump out garbage and get away with it. Was actually talking to a coworker about that today. He's into baseball cards and I was wondering if there were any big changes there. Off topic but he hasn't been following it real close but he did mention a lot counterfeit cards surfacing at shows. Another good point that Jack originally made was "scam buyers". I had a similar experience on Overstock. A guy claimed he did not receive a raw Morgan that I sold him. Just so happens that I saw it for sale shortly thereafter for a much higher price (and grade). How did I know it was mine? He left it in the 2x2 and I could see some of the writing on it - MY WRITING. Then his check bounced (I had dealt with him before with no problems). Glad to say he did take care of all of it but I sure lucked out. I figured I'd just eat the loss.
Not to kiss too much ebay booty but to date I have had great experiences with sellers who have been fast shippers, ship what they promise, communicate. My favorite seller list has grown as I have branched out in my interests and I have never gotten a negative, nor have I given one though I came real close once. 133 transactions out of 67 sellers, 130 have left me good feedback and I have left good feedback for all the sellers. Along the way a few bumps but never shafted to be honest. No doubt though there are the crooks out there.
I also have not gotten ripped off. 100% positive sellers. I wish all sellers were like the ones I have already traded with!
