Well I am glad you commented because I would have thought this was a error and have sold it to someone not knowing lol. I don't like selling things that aren't what they are so you saved me a lot of hassle.
These marks - A, straight lines; B, curved lines; C, bumps - are all clues to what this is. Who can solve the puzzle?
I think like the other coin this is an example of a partial plating. In the case of this coin the obverse does have some damaging scrapes. I do not believe you are going to get those results with plating , chemicals, a lighter, or rubbing and still have a coin that appears to still show cartwheel luster in the zinc areas. (Yes it doesn't show in the straight on shots, but it does in the angled ones.
