Morgan Dollar Toned Coins Only

    Since Morgan Dollars are the most popular collectible among US coins I thought it might be interesting to have a Morgan Dollar only thread for toned coins. Here is my latest acquisition. It is an MS 64, VAM 22.

    A colorful common date recent pickup. The dot on the reverse won't kill the coin for you if you pretend it's a bullet hole that just missed the eagle like I do.

    Well I assume the dot is a carbon spot from the planchet cleaning process in sawdust. They are not rare and a good bargaining tool on prices. The overall color certainly overshadows the minor dot. Nice coin!
