I won a set too many of the 1999-2007 Silver Proof Sets. What do people think, has the set (either the Silver or Clad sets) plateaued, or does it still have some room for growth? In my mind the current asking/selling prices seem rather high, but I've never been much good at predicting market trends... The only sets that seem to be appreciating are the 1999/2001 sets..

    Thoughts?

I think prices for the 1999 silver sets have actually declined from about 2 years ago, based on advertised prices from dealers, but I don't think they'll go any lower. Prices for the 9 sets (1999-2007) are more than what I paid 2 years ago for the 1999-2005 silver sets ($650), but when you consider the extra 2 sets included, they've appreciated modestly. Long-term, I think they'll all appreciate and the 1999 and 2001 sets will appreciate more because of their low numbers.
