...this is a fantastic Morgan. It has some textile toning, has bright colors that pop, and looks solid for the grade (I could see it being in a 66 holder nowadays).

 

This is the winner for mine, was $173.50

 

3 years ago I think it went for $750

 

I was wanting the selling price for The Yellow Rose of Texas, not what I paid.

 

Ohhh missed that, I'll stick with 750 though.

 

I think I didn't give enough information. About 3 years ago, I purchased this coin. This year, I sold this coin in a private transaction. I was wanting, what did I sell the coin for? Sorry about the confusion.

Second time recently that my mind has been annihilated. This is Jupiter money, way past the moon.

 

This one isn't quite like the "bag knot" in terms of crazy premiums. The grade is higher at 65 (and could well be a 66) and the colors are bright. I personally think $1,000 is closer to where I would price it, but I'm not surprised it sold for more.
