I'm lagging behind a bit, but here's a nice tetradrachm of Caracalla with his angry scowl, issued in Hierapolis (earlier Hieropolis and Bambyce), Cyrrhestica, now the unfortunate city of Manbij in Syria.

Issued 215-217. Obv.: Laureated and cuirassed bust to right. Rev.: Eagle facing, head right, wreath in beak. Lion between its legs. DHMARX EX YPATOC TO D. 27.5 mm, 14.5 gr. Prieur 929.

The next coin is a local purchase... badly off center, bad condition... but I feel an irrational compulsion to buy almost any coin found in a local store (abundant jewelry-set ancient coins not included).

A much nicer example was sold as CNG e-134 #180. On that specimen the ketos (sea monster) looks like the head of a wolf. Here it looks like a fish carcass!

Wikipedia tells that Dağpazarı is a village in the Mut district of Mersin Province, Turkey. During Byzantine era its name was Coropissus. Situated in the Taurus Mountains, northeast of Mut, it was on the road connecting Mut to Central Anatolia. The population of the village was 287 as of 2012. There are ruins of a church as well as rock tombs around the village. Struck Roman Provincial coins from Hadrian to Valerian.

 

I'll post my L not sure what purists will say, but I believe this mint was under Roman control at the time this coin was minted. Also It is not in the list of provincials.
