I'm lagging behind a bit, but here's a nice tetradrachm of Caracalla with his angry scowl, issued in Hierapolis (earlier Hieropolis and Bambyce), Cyrrhestica, now the unfortunate city of Manbij in Syria. Wikipedia tells that Dağpazarı is a village in the Mut district of Mersin Province, Turkey. During Byzantine era its name was Coropissus. Situated in the Taurus Mountains, northeast of Mut, it was on the road connecting Mut to Central Anatolia. The population of the village was 287 as of 2012. There are ruins of a church as well as rock tombs around the village. Struck Roman Provincial coins from Hadrian to Valerian.
I'll post my L not sure what purists will say, but I believe this mint was under Roman control at the time this coin was minted. Also It is not in the list of provincials. Lastigi After 150 BC AE Quadrans Obvs: Helmeted male right within laurel border. Revs: LAS within border. 17x19mm, 3.2g

That Augustus-Bull Denarius is always a favorite to me... the break JUST misses the Bull, and it looks like a shined-deer Augustus is saying "WHOA! THAT was CLOSE!!!"

Thank you for the kind comments! It is rare for me to have a desirable Imperial or Provincial as I really do not do a good job collecting in the Imperial Era. LOL, Serapis is willing to come play with the other Serapis coins, but has to be home by 6PM.
