It looks to be a normal nice looking proof to me. The value would not make it worth spending the money to grade it.
Put it in something to preserve it and protect it from scratches and fingerprints, like a 2x2 coin flip, or at least an envelope. And, of course, only handle it by the edges.
+1 I agree. As a proof, it is attractive, but not worth the expense of slabbing. Enjoy it raw, in a 2x2 holder or other inexpensive holder.
Good succinct way of describing it. There are a lot of beautiful coins that unfortunately being common at the grade fit into this category, as described.
