Such a thing as "partial" radar notes?

Looking through some 20s I have, I was wondering if any of these qualify as a "partial" radar note (or does such a thing not exist):

    EA 91808081 E
    GA 69999616 A
    EJ 62626092 A

    Thanks!

Naaaa...only partials I know of associated with currency is Dental Partials....

It is either a radar or not....could be a cool number though.

I find partials like that all the time. I initially figured if the note doesn't do anything for me, why would it do anything for someone else. But then I remember that actual radars don't do anything for me either, so I have no idea what value others place on unusual serial numbers.

Close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades and atom bombs.

I used to run into a guy locally that called a note ONE number off of a radar a sonar.
Always ammused me but I never saw a demand for sonars.
