Worth Preservation?

I picked this 1898S Morgan up at an auction for cheap. I have two questions :
1) what grade would you give this coin assuming I can get the adhesive removed?
2) Would it be worth sending this coin to NCS for preservation then NGC for encapsulation?

1. I'm thinking AU. Looks like the edges of the cotton leaves are showing a bit of wear. Eagle's talons too.

2. An NCS/NGC submission would probably cost more than the coin is worth.

 

just use some acetone to remove the tape residue.
Just be careful.
Not worth submitting.
