Well, this AE Sextans of the Roman Republic, 217-215 BC, Crawford 39/3, covers the twins and eagle; but alas, no fish!
I am thinking this coin presently on ebay looks like it may be cast as well. Does does not have the shimmer of ancient Greek Silver. Especially the reverse.
Sorry non_cents and everyone else, but none of these are examples of 'a pair of twins', there are not four portraits. A set of twins is more like it!!
