I'm not sure if that's a Die Break... Is it raised between the B and the E? It does not look it to me.
Why does it look flaky? This is new to me, I didn't think that grease would leave a sharp edge above the B.
Upon further inspection, I concur that it is not a BIE, there is a raised area between the B and E, but not significant; the sharp edge above the B is probably lamination too. I considered the closing of the hole in the top of the B and its edge being lessened as a possible BIE starting. Thanks for the critique.
I don't think that area between the B & E is raised - it's a bit shiny from the 'grease', but it should be someone into the surface, not raised off the surface.
