looking for input as to whether this is an overdate. There is certainly something going on with the 3, but I can't tell if it took a hit or if it is the more valuable overdate. Also, the second 3 character (the one in question for the overdate) just looks off. The top tail is much longer than in the first 3. Thanks in advance.
Realizing now the second 3 could be a 4 but there is also a 1324 overdate. I'm just not sold on that 4th digit being as it should be.
