$650 ...if you let it go, it must have been a great price (although I do like your previous gold toner better than this one).

No changing guesses! That's a strict rule! :p
But seriously, let's keep it to one guess. The only reason to change a guess is if you notice that you guess the exact same amount as someone else (and it is still within the time frame to edit your original post).

I agree it's not as nice as some of my other's, which is why some of those aren't even for sale. I don't want somebody to surprise me and buy it, when I think I have it priced too high, haha. It's still going to be a hard one to replace, but that's ok. Ya, it took a strong price for me to sale, but he paid $625, so he got it. And that makes you the winner!

I have done that as well a few times and sold some strong pieces for strong prices (one Franklin I would have liked to keep, but the buyer gave a strong offer). Some of my other coins have never been listed because, like you, I would not want someone suddenly buying it even at the high price.

In your case, you can look at the situation knowing you now have more funds to hopefully replace that date and have a little extra for something else!

Here is one Franklin that I sold that I really liked. Value in this grade $20-$25. What did it sell for?

This reminds me of when a bigger dealer at the ANA show a few years ago told me that it was too dark. He said he would have paid a premium for it if the toning was stopped 20 years earlier but as is he didn't think it was worth much. Let's just say he was a bit off:p
By the way, the coin did show nice luster and I thought it was fairly unique.
