I've had this coin kicking around for over 5 years. It's from an Austrian Euro pre-release packet. It's a double planchet clip (Blakesley Effect and all.) I believe, except for the US and Canada, most countries don't pay a lot of attention to error coins unless they are spectacular. Are errors on Euro coins common? Would this coin have a premium?
That I believe is quite unusual and therefore would have a prenium to it. I don't remember seeing a lot of error bi-metals so the value can be quite interesting.
