Test Your World Coin Knowledge

Just for fun....I like this coin so much I wanted to chop the design out and make it my desktop...not sure how easy this one is but do you know what coin design this is? what country and maybe time?

My first thought is that it is from Uruguay (Sol de Mayo), but I looked though the catalog and am not having any luck. I like the symmetry.

AnemicOak beat me to it. I was going to say it's from the provincial coinage of Argentina, province of Cordoba.

This one is a bit worn but still very attractive IMO..cheap but nice lookiing.

 

Drusus, I also like the design. I'm kind of partial to the sun and rays design due to my heritage. But I have to admit that I had to check my coin catalog for the correct country.
