Not yet. It's still there. I just finished filling out the online form, reporting him for abusing buyer protection. Later today, if it's still there, I will call them.
Man, and I thought I was being a bad buyer when I didn't get around to paying for something for two days. I'm glad I don't attempt to sell anything on eBay.
To cheer you up while waiting for negative to be removed. Off topic, but I found a good way for sellers to hide the flaws in any coin. I believe this photographer has a bright future, perhaps with a certain someone with intentions of building a new facility. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1908-indian-head-2-1-2-dollars/282592683358?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIM.MBE&ao=2&asc=41451&meid=d48ad8797b7049bb89979a2f6079a007&pid=100005&rk=5&rkt=6&sd=162609908075
I bet if they sat the coin outside that a military satellite could take better pictures than the seller did!
He needs to get with the National Reconnaissance Office regarding the appropriate optics when shooting images from orbit.
I just called eBay. They removed the negative! The eBay rep said "anytime a case is decided in your favor, and the buyer leaves negative feedback, just call eBay and they will remove it." That's good to hear, and kudos to eBay for taking care of this without hassling me or arguing with me about "buyer's rights."
Ha. Maybe the German was visiting California and wasn't used to the brownies? "Ja, ist gut. Mein kopf doh..."
What a freakin Lowlife....I mean, how does anyone go to sleep at night after pulling crap like that on people.....Come on Karma....Do your thing....
People like this seriously don't believe they're in the wrong. They believe they deserve the coin or money or whatever, just because they "need it." It's a mindset. "Screw everyone else. I'm getting what I deserve." I am a faceless, nameless, online presence... and this guy has no problem robbing me.
