You pointed out additional activity that the apparently-bad buyer had with @galleriacoinbuyers:

That seller apparently registered here to confirm that there was a problem with the buyer. I was confused at first, because @galleriacoinbuyers quoted @jwitten's original post in a way that sort of implied he was talking about @jwitten. We got it all sorted out. I may have been the only one who was confused anyhow.

I don't get it - checked out his feedback left for sellers and ZERO nuetrals and zero negatives for the last 12 months , although galleriacoinbuyers continused to send positive feedback but compains about the transactions. - am I missing something??

Unless the buyer has removed all the bad feedback, you are mistaken. Also, sellers cannot leave a negative or neutral. Plus, the seller probably left all the positive feedback BEFORE getting hit with the bads

I have a friend who just got scammed by marouka1992. Buyer took almost a month to pay. Then claimed he did not receive jewelry and asked for refund. eBay temporarily blocked seller's PayPal account. Later, eBay resolution center denied buyer claim based on signature accepting package a couple of weeks before. A few weeks later buyer again asked for refund, claiming that the jewelry was not real and had no markings (neither of which were true). eBay blocked seller's Paypal account again and indicated that a refund would be automatically provided to the seller once the merchandise was posted as returned. Seller received no notification of shipping or tracking number but did receive notification from eBay that the package had been delivered and seller's PayPal account debited for refund. Seller never received package. On eBay the buyer appears to have 100% approval rating. Bizarre.

Well he has 100% positive as a seller, but has left 26 negatives since 2010, including 5 this month.

If he really is a crook, he must be trying to recoup his Christmas expenses. Ugh.

Either this dude is a walking disaster with otherworldly bad luck, or more likely is just a very petty individual. Some of the responses from sellers suggest he has a very Detecto-like approach to his eBay dealings. Ugh, indeed...

I don't see "favorite links" anywhere.

Could you please list the EXACT link names? This is always the hardest thing for me to do on eBay: Blocking a seller.

That is one of the problem with Ebay, they care more of the buyers than the sellers. NO sorry ebay care more of themselves than anyone. But the best way to avoid for future selling is avoid selling through international. I always never will ship to international. Only in the US

There is some absolute crazies on Ebay, I prefer to sell anywhere else because of them. My most recent experience was getting harassed by a guy over an item that I had sold to someone else a week prior...
