    I think OP's mistake was to cancel. OP should honor the terms of the agreement. If he paid you had the option to ship signature RQD to his addy of paypal record. If he wants out ask him to take it up via ebay. When a buyer is troublesome call ebay and tell them about it right up front. Ask them what you should do to be safe.

    This person has been doing this for years! Always has a U.S. address in the north west and wants the coin shipped to Japan. Even said he would pay the difference in postage . Ha ha e bay knows of this tactics ....You should be able to have the negative removed. This same person tried twice and always on gold coins on me. Same M/O same country same etc... this is just one of the many reasons I and ebay/PayPal parted ways.
    Lack of policing the same old same old...and the seller taking the hit!

    Gold attracts scammers. I have stopped selling most gold on Ebay due to the chargebacks and scammers. Never send to a different address than on the Paypal account, I have always been refunded but do not want the stress anymore.
