1946 canadian penny error

    To me, it looks like it was a rim fin error, where excess metal is squeezed up between the collar and hammer dies... circulation and handling has folded the rim fin down on the coin.

    Looks like a lamination that has peeled up and folded over. (second coin)

    The first coin is just a slight rim finning.

    @Tracy Cline If you want answers try posting it under your own thread with clear pictures of both sides of your coin with correct rotation of the coin.
