    missing ?

    Fun ??? Yes indeed.Oh man , oh man ... 21% Value Added Tax VAT on the import of silver. Are pre 1964 coins still legal tender in the US would be a question i'd like an answer to ??? To pay tax on currency ...

    Nah, just badly worn, look to the right side of the fasces.
    As far as I know, the only coins the United States has ever issued since 1793 that are not still legal tender are gold coins and I might be wrong about that.
