It looks like it was stamped over a different coin. On the back side there seems like letters all over

    Posted again, cropped, then magnified.

I see where you're looking, but I think it's just post-mint damage and/or wishful thinking. Anyone else?

What is the "R" in the bush to the right of the porch? And the number"19" to the left of the bushes on the left side of the coin?

Plated Cents tend to have plating issues. Sometimes they look strange to the eye and look like letters and numbers when they are not.

Think about this. Other new members have also seen things on coins that should not be there. I always tell them the following.. Look at them carefully. What other coin would have letters or numbers that small?

There is an error called a dropped element or dropped letter that occurs, but it's usually 1 letter and always the same size as the other letters on the obverse and reverse of the coin.

It's not a bad thing, and certainly not an insult as every one of us are susceptible, but is something well worth recognizing.

    Welcome to the forum.

You're trying too hard to find something that isn't there.
