If Jones, Striker and Jones aren't cutting it I think Art Vandelay could be a perfect fit

But Mr Building Inspector, we have tall cotton planted in the south and west parking lots. That should be wheelchair accessible(?)If not,I have a friend here named Andrew Jackson who might sway your opinion, hmm? Hmm?

    Totally, bro.

Yeah, as for myself, I'm typing to you here at my dacha in Davos.

Just sayin' -that corner office needs to be bigger, bro. The larger the office, the bigger the midlife crisis...uh, I mean, uh, the bigger the stature of the CEO.

And don't listen to these haters and their crud about 'employee bathrooms' and "handicapped accessible" whatever...

Us real bad boys don't bother ourselves with dat shizzat.

I've always thought that a bank branch building would be ideal for high end coins or collectibles. They come with a vault. For the cost of a locksmith house call you could change the combination and be totally secure. No money for architects and your only costs to open would be cases and advertising. Usually come with ample off street parking too.

I have always dreamed of opening my own coin shop but that is just a dream. Unless I somehow miraculously win a few million.

This is ONLY a sketch provided by an architecture firm based on a preliminary s RFP "request for proposal"(for those that don't understand the process) We are interviewing multiple prestigious architects who all will want to design this facility We are also still looking at multiple locations in Manhattan. You guys obviously don't have enough vision to see that this facility will be the best numismatic head quarters in the entire world. We will have more of the top numismatic talent in the world at this facility and we will revolutionize the entire industry

You should at least retain an architect which the Internet has heard of.

Sorry but I have seen ideas that were drawn on napkins over drinks that had more details than this. If this were a preliminary sketch submitted to me I would laugh at the submitters. If the first sketch doesn't include basic necessities like bathrooms and egress paths then what will you be forced to give up to fit them in later. I take these "architects" about as seriously as I take ANY of your threads

If you are still looking at "multiple locations" in Manhattan then you are putting the cart before the horse. without knowing the actual shape/dimensions of the actual location you are payinf the architect for pretty pictures only. This is assuming this wasn't a total fantasy in the warped mind of an adolescent

Those plans are right up there with the domed stadium that was supposed to keep the Brooklyn Dodgers in NYC.

I think he's planning on getting out of the importing and focusing in on the exporting.
