If these are your dreams, let no one above squash them.
I drew better schematics before I was 7.
I agree with Chris you need a new designer,
Don't tell me you hired the best in the business?
You don't have to act like you know it all!

You should have tried your own hand at designing this.

I took the liberty of making a few minor changes to the design; you're welcome.

This is just a quick sketch my CFO made with the 1st architect we are interviewing. It just looks bad because he snapped a pic with his phone and texted it to me. (I am on vacation in Aruba and couldn't be at the meeting) We probably wont go with this firm. We have plenty of interested high level firms competing to design this facility.

I hear they have made great strides toward pushing the boundaries of modern architecture at Legoland Inc. :bored:

Hey, Ed. Where's the vault? You'll need one to secure that Ellington Lincoln.

Oh i get it now, after the bidding war that ensued between NGC/PCGS/ICG for your services. This facility, was finagled into the deal (along w your car) as a sign on bonus! You must have one helluva agent!!

I'm sorry for tipping everyone else off that you weren't completely serious, but I figured everyone would immediately spot the glaring omissions in the sketch -- there's not a sign of the indoor parking for that 911 you're restoring, never mind a hangar for the plane!

As a Building official I find this plan amusing. No Architecture firm worth hiring would submit even a quick sketch with such glaring code omissions as the required number of egresses and multiple handicap access bathrooms. An architectural firm with offices in London, New York, Milan and Barcelona ought to get itself a web page.
