Hey friends, As some of y'all may know, I collect unusual tokens and I spotted this one on ebay tonight. I stopped at $22 cause I knew it would sell for much more than I wanted to pay for it and I didn't have time to check my resources. Long story short, it sold for $150! Anyways, it's a great looking token and extremely rare, no doubt about that!! Too much money? No, not at all, I just didn't have the funds to keep bidding. How about you, too much money? It's in the Church of Good Luck website as well, so it's certainly wanted by many collectors. Anyone got anything to add? I posted this thread to see if anyone even noticed it on the bay. You know, talk about it for fun, educational, any comments? http://www.ebay.com/itm/MASTER-GOOD...xK8uY7eWmASfjNMYOrIiM%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc http://www.churchofgoodluck.com/Tokens_and_Coins.html
$150? Why? Its not even that old! I understand its probably rare, but i want a swastika on my good luck token if im shelling out that much dough
$150? Wow! Old "good luck" tokens are fun. I've dug a few while detecting, including this neat "Swami" piece. Here's video of me digging another (earlier) one. Since it was holed and intended to be worn as a lucky charm, I wore that piece you see in the video on my digging cap when I went to England a few months later. It worked!
I'm sorry that you didn't get the "Master Good Luck Talisman". But the "Wizard" sees one in your future.
Only on ebay, kill the Jinx token is selling for $150 on ebay. Crazy prices, I'd like to have one but I collect way too many different items to focus solely on tokens, especially at ebay prices. On the reverse of the kill the jinx token is a heart with an encircled 14, what is that about. Anyone know what it means? http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-1930s-...099863?hash=item1c80ce7b17:g:hBoAAOSwZLhY21Ra
