Since this looks to be his/her fourth thread (out of nine total posts) asking about different 69-S cents, my guess is that it's a shot in the dark kind of thing, and they've no desire or intention of actually learning for themselves. Perhaps it's the result of another "coins will make me rich" fantasy....
