1986 S proof set penny

    i was looking at my proof set and noticed something around bottom part of S and the six in date.

    They never have been out of plastic case they came in. Opinions please on what that could be. Thank u

    WE as in him and that frog in his pocket.

    I have a 1976 proof set with similar characteristics and was informed was "nothing that unusual " by a respected dealer.
